    Description

    Vintage Hand Forged Whale Blubber Removal Tool in excellent aged condition.
    It has a 2 3/4" x 6" business end and a 6" cutting edge and measures just under 32" in length.  Most likely made in the late 19th century, this classic tool was used by Whalers to de-blubber whales.  The handle may not be original, the attachment screw is much newer.  There's some heavy oxidation pitting, just a reflection of how old this piece actually is!  Make this one part of YOUR early Whaling Tool collection today!
