a plaque that would be hull or bulkhead mounted- obviously repainted
unknown material, too light to be brass, no magnet will stick to it so it's not steel or iron, i don't think its aluminum. there are vissible portion with only one or two layers of paint that look like some type of fiberglass reinforced panel
