    A vintage blue box Walsco Electronics Corp Pioneer chassis punch, 1-1/8 inch round, catalog number 3112-R. This is an oldie, with the "zone" in the addressing we know it is pre-1965 as that was the year that the modern zip code went into effect. Condition issues: it's in a blue vintage box that is a mess of scrapes and scratches and there is some rust on the punch. If you have any questions please ask.
